Make sure you dont cut your calories, dont over train the first two weeks of pct, and dont worry about losing some cut during pct, solidify your gains cut fat off later!

Its possible to keep nearly all of your gains. You just need to stay disciplined and eat.

Should be fine, gradually increase you weights, and I like to totaly change my routine when I start a cycle, shocks the body into growing.

People think you can train evryday or do a body part twice a week while on with no problems, I tried it with chest and shoulders began to hurt on second week. Might be a diff story with deca , but when you come off youll probably feel it then.

ok. I tend to do more than once a week now, which feels satisfactory.
But I've heard two different opinions while on test, that one should do each body part once a week and let recovery and the juice do the work. And one should work double or same body part more than normal because the test allows you to do this. Any personal experiences on this?

One body part a week minium. Anything more than that on AAS your risking injury, trust me. I done it before and hurt myself, and I'm about 6months away from being a certified trainer.

Same here, trained same body part twice a weekgot hurt, had to go easy 2 weeks while gear was kicking in, sucked, do not over train, you body releases cortisol when you over train which doesnt allow your body to fully recover.

I am happy if I keep half of my gains....weight wise anyways....strength I usually keep most, but the reps tend to go down a couple..
