    Is it true?

Is it true that if you do steroids for too long a period, you can't build muscle without them?

yes, if your natural test does not recover. You would have to go on TRT if that were the case.

imo adding muscle when your off, or just QUIT cycling permanently, would be extremely hard to hold onto your gains, without lookin like a fat ass from over 2yrs..cuz the amount of foodu need to eat to maintain gains, some ppl over do it..
but yeah, u can add muscle if all your natural levels are in tact

I make gains when i'm off, but I only cycle for 16 wks, out of the year.
When I'm off, I eat even cleaner and I attempt to train as hard.

Redrock, I answered your thread in the workout forum.

Yes me too, after a month a half off I started making good gains again, was only 10 weeker though, kinda wish I didnt go back on so soon, I was talking about a loooooong cycle though that would be hard to recover from.

I am the same way. I have been off for about 4 months now, and I have never been so strong. The kinds of weights I was first trying while on cycle are old hat now, and easy to boot. It all depends on how well your body recovers and whether or not the PCT is good, and a host of other things that need to be taken into consideration.
