    Puffy nips?

My bodyfat is about 18-20%, and I have puffy looking nips - is this gyno? I am bulking heavily and have put alot of bodyfat would that be the reason?

I dont have any hard/soft lumps behind the nipple, but the area around the nipple protrudes out a bit. I am guessing this is because of the high BF level what do you guys think? (I havent got a digital camera, sorry.)

When I get gyno symptoms, first they get itchy as hell, then they start to get sore, at this point I'm hittting the nolva @ 40 to 60mg ED.

Based on my experiences with gyno symptoms I'd say it is not gyno. Of course you will have to make your own determination.

I'd say yes it is just the BF level, but keep in mind I'm advising you based on my own experiences with gyno. YMMV If you are at all uncertain I would rather be safe than sorry.

After getting severe gyno symptoms from my first cycle of dbol and test I have included nolva in every cycle @ 10mg ED.

When I first was starting to get gyno symptoms I front loaded the nolva @ 60mg ED for a couple of days then dropped down to 40mg ed for a week or two and then ran it at 20mg ED for the duration of the cycle. That cleared it up just fine. Keep in mind I was positive that I was getting gyno. In your case, without knowing what your cycle is, it is only a guess that you don't have gyno symptoms but merely puffy nips which is not uncommon during any cycle that I have ever done, with nolva included or not.

If you are wanting to take nolva as a preventative 10 to 20mg ED is sufficient. If taking nolva as a treatment for gyno use the aformentioned higher dosage protocol. If you are running deca or tren and you are convinced that you are indeed getting gyno symptoms then it might not be estrogen induced gyno, in which case you will want to treat with bromo or dostinex.

alot of times people just naturally have fat in this area some people carry more than others its up to your genetics. if its not sore or itchy it dosn't sound much like gyno even more so since you are not currently on a cycle imo.

As far as I know it is only possible to prevent gyno or "nip it in the bud" if caught in time. I did read about a topical gyno treatment/cure but I do not know if it is proven to work or not. If you still think you might have gyno once you diet away the body fat then I'd suggest a doctors opinion.

It's due to the higher level of body fat you currently have

Reducing this level will see your nipples flattern out again

However it is worth noting that people with higher body fat values are more likely to get gyno

This is because Estrogen receptors are present in fat cells
More fat = more Estrogen receptors

That last statement isn't 100% accurate, but it'll give you the basic idea

so...your saying the leaner you are the less likely it is to get gyno?

    Kind of yes

    Being lean will help

But some people are just more prone to gyno than others

Doesn't matter how lean they are, some are just more at risk

But, it would be smarter for me to loose the BF and then cycle with an anti -e like letro. Ive got 50mls (2.5mg/ml)

What BF percentage is a more "safe" level?

    I agree with that statement

Based on no studies and no scientific research i'd say get down to around 12-15% then cycle
