i've run it about 5 or 6 times. usually takes a few weeks, 2 maybe. the results are good if your lean before you start.

Winny makes me hard and lean. Never noticed all day pumps. Maybe you mean how it keeps you hard and lean all day?

if your using winstrol at the right time, you really should be vascular before you start it. winstrol, in my experience, is only good when you are lean, 11% or lower. by that time the veins should be showing clearly.
