how often to inject

i am doing a cycle of 500 mg sustanon 250 ( its actually vritish bragon avendol 275) 400 mg eq and 400 deca ....
i am injecting the sustanon on sundays and thursdays. and eq mon, wed and fri and the deca on tuesdays...... i am pretty sure this is a good way to break it up but on the other forum i go to...everyone seems to have something diffrent to say and no one agrees... some say the eq only needs to be done once a week or twice at the most..... comments appreciated

Just put 3ml im the pin and hit the glute, you don't need to brake it up, that's what the ester is for.
