The injectable form is far more advanced and useful to the body. The tab or cap form loses potency when it goes through the digestive system and liver. The injectable form is subq therefore it does not have to be injected very deeply. I feel it is a good start before someone goes into aas, considering needle handling and usage.
Supposedly your body is capable of storing up to two years worth of the RDA of B12 if you're getting sufficient amounts in your diet. So for most people taking B12 is not likely to make a big difference unless they were already deficient. However there is a theory that taking large doses of B12 fools the body into thinking it's deficient in other vitamins and so increases your appetite. I haven't noticed this effect though. I do take injections of B-complex (multiple B vitamins) 2x a week and I notice a slight but definite energy boost.
B-6
Like all B-complex vitamins, vitamin B-6 is water soluble. Vitamin B-6 may play a role in the maintenance of normal homocysteine levels. Vitamin B-6 is essential for nervous system function and it is important for its varied roles in amino acid metabolism.
B-12
Like all B-complex vitamins, vitamin B-12 is water soluble. Vitamin B-12 is essential for energy production and red blood cells. Vitamin B-12 is essential for nerve tissue formation. Vitamin B-12 is essential for the metabolism of carbohydrates. Vitamin B-12 may play a role in the maintenance of normal homocysteine levels.
Don't they have B6 in ZMA? Thus I would think it would be a good addition with zinc and magnesium for maintaining natural test levels. What do you think Cruisecontrol?Quote:

That's the recommended dose for B6. I thought you only need it for deca or tren prolactin gyno, though.Quote:
