    Deca & What?

    What should i stack deca 300 with it is my 2nd cycle and i want to lose 10lbs fat and gain 10 to 15 lbs of muscle (6'2" 115lbs)

    Try weeks 1-12 Test E 500 mg/week
    1-10 Deca @ 400 mg/week
    nolva throughout at 10mg ed
    Vit B6 at 100mg ed
    followed by your pct.

    do you really only weigh 115 lbs and are 6'2"? If so, dont even think of touching steroids . Work on diet as diet is the key to everything. Youre goals are a bit unrealistic. It is very hard to cut and bulk at the same time.

    As to answer your question, you must run test w/ deca , no exceptions. Deca is quite supressive and your sex drive will be shot within no time

    why would you want to cut weight at 6'2 115 lbs your already about to break in half my advice eat and eat.

    why are you gonna tell him to run test for 12 wks and deca for 19 wks?

    run test with your deca and make sure you run it at least one week longer than deca.be sure and do a propper post cycle thearapy its a must.

    Bro, you need to get a lot more natural weight on yourself before you start to even think about cycling.work on that for a while and than consider using bro.
