Sides of clen

i started my clen last monday i took jst 20mcg because its the first time for me with clen then the 2nd day i pumped it up to 40mcg & my hands & legs was kinda shaky on the 3rd day i pumped it up to 60mcg but i couldnt handel the shaky hands its bothering me so i cut back to 40mcg today a friend of mine told me that am lucky because some ppl dont feel this till they hit 160mcg & 200mcg so i just wanted to ask if this is normal with clen the only side now is shaky hands?? btw can i go straight with clen along with bendryl or better 2wks on/2off way??

The most common side effect is muscle cramps, nervousness, headaches, and increased blood pressure.
