    Feedback on cycle progress please....

    Alright guys Heres some backgroung info.. Im 23. 5' 7.5" 160 pounds. 8% BF. Ive worked out on and off for a few years but had two herniated disc and had surgery Feb 2005. Ive been back in the gym for about 3 months. (Perhaps I should have waited longer to start a cycle but oh well. I felt comfortable) Im at the end of week 6 in this cycle and I went from 146 pounds to 160 with 8%BF:

    Week 1 - 6: Dbol 25mg ED/ Proviron 25 mg ED
    Week 3 - 13: 600 mg Test E a week / 10 mg Nolva ED

    Clomid and Nolva on hand for PCT
    My bench is at 285 right now
    Deadlifts: 390
    Squat: havent maxed.
    Im training 5 days a week:
    Mon: Chest
    Tues: Biceps/ Forearms
    Wed: Legs
    Thurs: Shoulders/ Traps/Triceps
    Fri: Back

    Im eating everything I can (good stuff)
    Eat every 3 hours about 200 g protein a day
    Ive been at 160 for about a week now. I dont think that the Test E has totally kicked in yet so thats probably why Ive leveled off for now.

    Anything that you guys think that I should change for optimal growth?
    Oh yeah other than 400mg of test E a week that I did 5 years ago this is my first real cycle. I didnt know what I was doing back then and ate and trained like crap. Plus I was 18.

    You're on track. Just keep going and you should gain alittle more.

    shouldn't it be weeks 1-13 Test E not weeks 3-13?

    Seems like your not doing too bad. If you keep the training consistency up along with the solid diet, you should do well for the reamainder of the cycle. Good Luck Buddy.

    It should have been weeks 1 -4 Dbol and weeks 1 -10 Test E but, there was a problem with my test coming in and I kickstarted the Dbol for three weeks. No problems with it but next time Ill make sure that I have everything on hand before I start. Thanks guys.

    why not run the Test all 13 weeks...why weeks 3-13?? You can up the D-Bol a little....looks good though!!

    Yeah I made the mistake of starting the Dbol thinking that my test was coming in sooner its cool though like I said next time I wont start unless I have all AAS and PCT on hand. I dont think that it has made much of a difference except for maybe this one week that I havent gained much waiting on the Test to fully kick in. Oh and Im in the end of the 6th week. Im done with the Dbol now.
