Test / Tren / Deca Cycle ?'s

Have some more questions on Test Ent, Tren, Deca cycle also in this 2004 Anabolic reference Manual.

This is an excellent bulking cycle. The tren helps to harden up gains, and the use of only 200mg of Test and Deca should keep estrogen levels from getting to far out of hand"

Questions:
1). What do people think the idea behind staggering and ending with Deca are? Is this just nonsense with no real value. I have always ended my cycles with Test which is somethng I usually see on the boards.
2.) I woudl think the Test shoudl be 500mg/wk and the Deca at least 400mg. And Tren shoudl be whatever your comfortable with. How does this sound.
3.) Anyone ever tried something similar to this cycle, if so how did you make out.
4. How would the group recomened these three items be stacked, is the Deca even useful with the Tren?

Dude the cycles in that book suck, do some reading here and you'll find something that will work. One clue, if it's your first, use test only

Stick to what Johnny says, test only and maaaaaaaaaybe some deca too. Only b/c its milder than the Tren. Dont run the Tren and the Deca together, double the dosage on the test and keep the Deca at 200mgs.

Weeks 1-14----------->Test E @400mgs
Weeks 1-14-----------> Deca @200mgs
