Injury while on cycle. . . need advice.

Three days ago I did shoulder and legs. Then two days ago, at night, my left bicep started to hurt. I dont know if you have ever arm wrestled, but it feels kind of like when your arm hurts after an intense arm wrestling match, like so tight it hurts. Anyway, yesterday I went to the gym to work chest, and my left bicep was killing. Couldnt even workout. Anyone know what the hell is going on? . . . . I am already like 4 weeks into my Dbol/Eq/Test. Cyp. cycle. I dont know what to do.

you quite possibly might need some time OFF,,, your most likely strained your biceps & it needs some rest...more serious...well u will know...hope not...bro...

listen to froggy take some time off,I know from experiance,concentrate your legs while your arm heals up.

take a week off training completely and stay on the juice, and give your self some rest.
