Planning a Test E/EQ cycle

I'm planning a test E/EQ cycle. I'm 22, 207lbs, 6ft. It's my second cycle, lost alot of my gains during PCT due to not training and eating properly because of final exams and family death. So looking to get my weight and strength back up.

What dosage should i be looking at doing?

I've seen people doing 250mg Test E and 200mg EQ per week but they were only 160lbs.

Should i be looking this dosage or 500mg Test E and 400mg EQ per week?

I would do 500 mg of test and 300-400 mg of deca. especially if its your second time.

im doing 500mg of test e and 400mg of eq per week, my weight is 216, 6'0"

500mg of test e and 400md of eq should be good, can always bump up to 600 and 500, everyone reacts different,

What was your first cycle?

i was Recommended to

run 12 weeks : test/500-600mg/EW
run 11 weeks : EQ/400-500/EW

you shold run test 1 week more than EQ

Bro I'm not trying to sound cold, but damn if you that stopp you from training and esting, you need to wait until you can commit yourself to the game. Other wise you're going to waste your time going bacl and forth, gaining/losing
