I had to keep myself from going to the gym today. I over trained last week and I took thu-su off and my workout was great on mon. I didn't sleep too much last night cuz I went out and I was tired today. So I called this a off day. I just about jumped on my streetbike to go the gym but I stopped myself. Went up to bedroom and took a nap by the a/c. I feel good for doing that. It's hard not to overtrain when you're on cycle. It more important to rest and recover. I am a idiot and I need your support. That's why I blogged you here.
