    whats pct?

    sorry very new here, see alot of threads with pct in it. what does that mean?

    pct is what will keep all the money u spent on gear from going down the toilet... as well as the hard gotten muscle u put on your body... oh and as an added bonus it will help your dick to continue to work...

    yeah i just didnt know what the pct meant. im in my 4th week of my cycle. my friend is a body builder so he is keeping an eye on me and working out with me (also happens to be my suppiler). he said i am gonna wanna take clomid 17 days after my cycle. sound right?

    500mg test e, 400mg eq per week, for 10 weeks

    i m also doing test e... was gonna be 15 weeks but extended it to 19 weeks... think i m starting pct 2 weeks after last shot...

    when i start pct i will be using clomid and clen ... not using it now though... have some nolva on hand just in case i start getting some sexy tits...

    sound like you need to check out the PCT forum. Don't forget the diet and training forums as well.

    Umm...is your profile acurate? If so you should drop the eq all together and run just the test e and shot 250mg every 3rd day, or e3d.

    just wondering why drop the eq? btw ive lost alot of body fat from dieting over the last month. look alot thinner, beer gut is about gone, actually lost 2 1/2 inches in waist. im hoping the eq will make me hungry because im having a hard time eating ever two hours, including protien shakes.

    if this is your first cycle you need only run test. 1) you don't know exactly how you'll reach to AAS. 2) It's your first cycle, you don't need to stack because you'll grow either way.

    try alternating between food meals and protein shakes until you work the appetite upto the point of eating more food meals then protein shakes.

    here is my diet that i have eaten everyday for the last month.
    meal 1: 7am 6egg whites 2 yolks
    1 cup of oatmeal
    1 banana

    meal 2: 9:30am 50g protien drink

    meal 3: 11:30am 8oz chicken breast (boneless/skinless)
    1 cup mixed veggies
    medium sized white potato

    meal 4: 2:30pm protien drink

    meal 5: 5:00pm (pre workout) protien drink
    1,000mg vit c
    2 tabs ammino's
    20oz water

    meal 6: 7:30pm (post workout) protien drink
    1,000mg vit c
    2 tabs ammino's

    meal 7: 9:30pm 8oz lean meat (fish, tuna, cod or chicken)
    1 cup mixed veggies

    im losing alot of weight/fat, but not gaining much muscle, i was told that i wasnt gaing muscle because it takes about 4 weeks for the test to start kicking in good. is this a good plan or am i wasting my time?

    with a proper diet, test or no test u shld put on some muscle...
