Forced off day
I had to keep myself from going to the gym today. I over trained last week and I took thu-su off and my workout was great on mon. I didn't sleep too much last night cuz I went out and I was tired today. So I called this a off day. I just about jumped on my streetbike to go the gym but I stopped myself. Went up to bedroom and took a nap by the a/c. I feel good for doing that. It's hard not to overtrain when you're on cycle. It more important to rest and recover. I am a idiot and I need your support. That's why I blogged you here.

Yeah bro, taking a day or two off here and there helps alot, and i find im alot stronger after giving my body the time to fully heal

I've been on a 5 on 1 off for the last month. Starting to wear on me by the fourth day. Gonna start throwing another day off in there myself.

I use to go every day before I learned that recovery time played a big roll,2 days on and one day off seems to work just fine for me.

Listen to your body bro. It may feel like a waste to take a day off but sometimes it's better for you than you know.
