Changing exercise / training tehnique on ROIDS.
I've been doing shoulder presses with barbell since the beginning. Like 3 years now.
Four weeks ago I started my Test E and EQ cycle. Is it wise to change the shoulder main exercise with barbell to dumbell now? Since I've never really trained delts with dumbell, it may take up to month to get the right tehnique. Right now the hands are shivering even with light weight. With barbell everything is OK like usually.
Would that change be good for muscle size? Or would I have better results if I'd stick with barbell?

Did you read that it takes up to 1 month to get the correct tehnique?

I would stick with the barbell if you're looking to get the most out of your cycle. The neuromuscular coordination on the dumbbells could interfere with your growth potential. If you've plateaued on the barbell, try switching to standing push press. Use the legs to get the weight up but use the shoulders to lower the barbell back down. You can really overload the eccentric this way and that's were the muscle fiber damage is done anyway.

I switch up my routine all the time, that way the body has to keep adapting.

The muscular coordination on dumbbells is much harder because you use more muscles in stabilizing dumbbells... greater size can be achieved through straight bar but better overall muscular development can be achieved through dumbbells because you use more muscles.. so if your goals are size go straight bar, if your goals are looks and leanness go dumbbells.. i doubt it will take you a month to grasp your technique.
