    Liv 52

    Im going to add BD D-Bolīs to my cykle. (30 mg ed) What kind of liver protections do i need, Liv 52 or milk thistle. Is this enough? Maybe i just need one of them?

    i personally think liv 52 is better than milk thistle. When I took milk thistle, I got slightly elevated liver values, while on Liv 52 my values are fine. Pretty similar cycles too. The only oral in either one was var

    How much you think is a good dose of Liv 52 is ed?

    i usually just take 2-3 pills daily
