    workouts, once or twice a week?

    just wondering if i should change my lifting schedule to workout a body part twice a week or just stick to once a week. i feel totally recuperated after a couple days.

    only muscles i work twice a week are my arms, i do a bench work out every 5 days, but i run short distance sprints on my legs every day along w/ a leg work out on tuesdays
