hey guys,gettin resddy to start my first cycle,take a look over and letme kno if its ok
30mg of dbol each day
1cc of test c monday and thursday
anti estrogen and milk thistle everyday also,not sure of the dosage yet
starting the same day,dbol for 5 weeks,test for 10

strength?? yea roids will give you that but bulk nah till you get your diet in check i say dont start anything till you get everything ready most important "diet" no diet no bulk dont forget that & btw dont expect to be a monster just from 1 cycle it take time & alot of work including hard training & good balanced diet.Quote:
