    bustin a nut right before liftin?

    I tend to met up with ex g/fs while im on my cycle and bust many nuts lol... but do you think bustin one right before liftin like a half hour or so before decreases energy or my testosterone decreases

    it shouldnt matter. when you're on a cycle you're shooting blanks anyway. might tire you out though

    It doesnt decrease testosterone , but it does decrease energy IMO, atleast the way i lay it down.

    if i bust a nut b4 a workout my workouts usually suck.. i try to wait till after the workout if at all possible... it's an energy thing...

    I don't know if it affects my energy level that much but it does take some of the fire out of my workouts.

    On the other hand when it comes to ***** or a mediocre workout I'll choose ***** every time.

    sex before working out makes me tired, but if i squeeze one out on my one it doesn't affect my workout.

    Are you telling me that after humping a chick for 10-15 minutes you are too tired and weak to do squats? What does your gf weigh, 235? And what are you doing, riding her bare back?

    It take me about as long to recover from sex as it does too recover from 20-30 minutes of any other light cardio.

    Let's get real here boys. If you are so weak after sex that you can't work out, you need more training.

    ...I'd have to agree...Sex b4 or after a workout is comparable to a cardio session! You still should be able to lift, unless you are the energizer bunny and just keep it going ALL NIGHT LONG!!! Then more power to ya!...

    i dont know about the thumb sucking thing but i agree on the cardio session after your workout ... its gotta be the best cardio you can do in my opinion

    Just cause your on the juice doesnt mean your shouldnt blanks. You can still knock up a girl while on the juice.
