    dnp cycle

    ok im thinking im going to do a 21 day dnp cycle at

    200mg of non crystaline dnp, mabe 400mg the first day

    ill get some t3 tabs to use with it mabe .25mcg first week and .50mcg the second then finish the last week wiht .75mcg

    ill use some grugglestrones to help get my thyroid back to a natural level after the cycle

    diet

    probly 2,300 cals a day

    somthing like 60% protein 30 % carbs and 10 % fat


    any suggestions?

    sounds like what I'm planning to do. I think I'm gonna up the dose to 400mg after four days though.

    You guys are crazy fukcin with your thyroid. Not dissing you at all, but that's pretty balsy. If it were to get fukced you could blow up like a balloon and have fat face for the rest of your life. I hope you have ZERO bad repercussions. Good luck.

    i don't think i would go up to 75mcg on t3. the t3 is just to keep your levels up i thought or are you trying to increase fat loss with t3. the dnp will make you lose far more fat than t3. i stay around 40mcg when i run dnp. i would stay at 200mg dnp for at least the first 5 days if you have not run dnp before and if you have is it the same batch as the last one?
