Its for liver health, taken mostly when people are on orals. Liv52 is also a good liver supplement.

I take 1000mg/day, every day.

GNC is overpriced. Shop around on the net. Also, someone here once mentioned that Wal-mart sells a brand for cheap.

He's absolutely correct, 1000mgs is the standard, that's what you take while cycling orals! If your curious do a search above, but it's highly accurate.

Get it from the T h e D r u g s t o r e . c o m. (no spaces)
There for $6 and change will get you 30 gel caps of 1000mgs (1gm).
