    Question Growth Plates

What would happen if you were to do a cycle before your growth plates were completely closed? Say if you were 21 or 22

Your plates might be closed at 21-22, I'm 20 and mine are closed.

If I was in my early 20's and my plates were still open, I would really look into HGH to stimulate linear growth. Grow taller than your genetics were going to allow you to.

Get x-rays and ask a doctor.
WHen i broke mu upper tibia AT the gowth plat. My doctor thankfully told me both my growth plates were closing and I woudln't have a shorter leg than the other, .

Btw I was 15/16 at the time, I'm 6-4 and obviously I stopped growing at 17, pointcheck with a doctor first.

What would you tell your doctor. What would be a legit reason that you need a xray to see if your growth plates are close?

I told my doctor that I was just curious as to whether or not they were closed because I heard lifting heavy weights can close them, but I hoped to get taller (which didn't really make sense because I am almost 6'2. where my father who the doc knows is 6'), and wanted to see if I might still grow.

i THOUGHT MOST GROWTH PLATES IN GUYS WOULD BE CLOSED BY 19 OR 20. I guess one way to know is if you are still growing. Have you gotten taller in the last year or have you stayed the same ?

Awesome. Yeah best to check with a doctor. My doctor says at 22 yrs old males will stop growing. It could be earlier or later, but probably more on the ealier side. However, you don't want to use heavy androgens and shut down your endocrine system while you are young, since it is really churing out hormones and still developing.

I'm have not grown taller for a long time, but I am 21 and do not have medical insurance, so an x-ray would be costly for me
