    Question Great Gains...now losing them?

I am about 4 weeks into my cycle...(500 mg Sust, 400 mg week EQ per week). Gains were really good. Within this 4 weeks I consisitently went up in weight. (172 to 181). Over the last 3 days, I have lost like 4 lbs. My diet hasnt changed or anything. Is this normal, and will I start on an upward trend again or what?

    Thanks

My weight fluctuates as well, stay hydrated, drink more water.. or just take in more calories for a failsafe way to gain.

make sure your diet is perfect and like the two above me said..drink plenty of water. You may have weighed yourself later in the day the first time and in the morning the second time..when you havent had food for 7+ hours

Its the fact that your die HASN'T changed thats the problem...

You have to eat a noumber of calories above your maintenance calories to gain weight. But since you gained weight the number of calories your body needs for maintenance has gone up, so you should up the calories you consume in order to keep growing
