Which is Better?
Does anyone know if working out in the AM or the PM is actually better for muscle growth? Cause if you workout in the AM you get to feed your muscles throughout the day post workout, but if you workout in the PM your muscles get more rest at night because they arent being worked on throughout the day...

The old rule is :
AM for growth
PM for strength
I agree,you are stronger(at least I am) in the evening.But I never saw a difference in growth between the 2 time frames.

Technically, there isn't a better, both stimulate the muscles in the same way. I agree with Pinnacle about being stronger as the day goes on, but if you get a PWO meal you'd be fine either way.
