hello, im 6'1 160lbs and looking to bulk up. This would be my first cycle and i would appreciate any input at all you guys could give me about it. I would use test e 200 mgs per week for 10wks, deca 250 mgs per week for 10wks, and dbol 30 mgs per day for a month. I would also be using proviron throught my cycle and finish with clomid for my post thereapy. Please let me know if you think this would be a good cycle to run, thank you.
No that's not a good cycle. Try this, beef, chicken, rice, pasta. Go visit the diet forum. You obviously don't know how to eat right. It would be a waste to use steroids at this point. How old are you?
yeah bro at 160 lbs you need to work on your diet. No amount of steroids will put size on you if you dont know how to eat properly to grow. Try eating like this for a while

Without a solid foundation, most of the gains you make from steroids will be lost. You wouldnt build a house without a foundation would you? Thats what youre trying to do.
yes eat right first..but besides that your cycle is screwed up. Test should be more then deca a week. And at that low of a dosage you'd see barely any improvements.

how much wieght do u think i should gain before starting my cycle.
at 6'1 and your only 160..mmm...probably min up to 180.
get your diet in check..eat right, work out and you should gain naturally for a while...probably even get past 180.
oh yeah..and then when you are ready..research your cycle more..you have it backwards....it should be something like Test E for 1-12 weeks at 400mg/wk , deca at weeks 1-10 weeks at 300mg/wk, and dbol weeks 1-4 at 30mg/ed

i would say 180 lbs minimum. It should be pretty easy to get there if you eat right, train hard, and get plenty of rest. Follow the bulking diet I sent you and check out the diet forums for other tips

ya thats the cycle im about to start that.. its my second one but my first one was test e and eq at 500 mg a piece .. i would definitly work on the diet bro i started mine at 175 and im 5' 8" .. when you do plan on running that cycle if you do down the future always run your test higher then your deca and longer if you want dont want your wanger messin up.. start with your basic test cycle .. TRUST ME it works very well.
yea im just gonna plan on gaining that weight and then trying that cycle out. Ill have to get more test e then but i heard that the cycle can work miracles.
