NOt a roid question.. but pros advice needed.
Im a pro muay thai kickboxer.. and i have to make weight..
when i was on juice i was 195.. got to 175 off
now im 155.. trying to make weight of 145...
I took cynomel/ephedra... and got to 155 from 175 really easily..
well my cycle is over and i have 10 pounds to go.. what do u guys recommend?

I run 2-4 miles a day.. 4-5 days a week of 3hr+ trainning.. so my cadio is in great shape
I do not lift due to the fact i have to loose weight and when i left I usually gain easily
diet is in order... low carbs.. high protein... no carbs after 5pm... etc..
what do u guys recommend?
