NOt a roid question.. but pros advice needed.
Im a pro muay thai kickboxer.. and i have to make weight..
when i was on juice i was 195.. got to 175 off
now im 155.. trying to make weight of 145...
I took cynomel/ephedra... and got to 155 from 175 really easily..
well my cycle is over and i have 10 pounds to go.. what do u guys recommend?

I run 2-4 miles a day.. 4-5 days a week of 3hr+ trainning.. so my cadio is in great shape
I do not lift due to the fact i have to loose weight and when i left I usually gain easily
diet is in order... low carbs.. high protein... no carbs after 5pm... etc..
what do u guys recommend?

Sit in the sauna for as long as you can. Wear a sweat suit and run. 10lbs of water is easy to lose. weigh in and then drink water. As long as you weigh in your weight it shouldn't matter what you fight at.

first of all let the roid monkey tell you brother people always do this they do cardio and forget that weight training also burns calories as well infact while you sleeping your juice monkey ass on your bed it still burns calories . Several athletes use weight training and juice up like baseball players as well. dont stop lifting weights weightlifting well help you lose weight bro trust me on this . peace out drink lots of water and take diuretic you can lose weight off those 10 pds easy just subtract 10 pounds of your kidney after it is destoyed in your body their you go problem solved.
