    Natural test declining with age.

I would like to here some solid advice on natural test levels of men in their 50's. My father is gonna be 53 this oct. he used to lift with me "back in the day" I cannot convince him to talk to his doc about test replacement. I feel that would be best. I got him to take some trib, He is appossed to AS, so thats out. Would he benefit from clomid therapy? I was curious if it would kick start his natty T, he is not completely shutdown I dont think. I know how I use clomid and was hoping it could help him. If so would I dose it differently? Any help is appreciated.

I suggest the doc in part because I believe it is fairly common for prescription cyp to be administered to men over 40 who complain of low sex drive, weakness, lack of energy ect.. The doses are low when compared to what alot of us would self medicate with. My biggest question I was hoping to have answered in this thread is , will clomid help an older man rebound his test levels.

It's not as common as you would think anymore, thanks to ED pills like Viagra and cialis...if it's scripted from a doc it's very low doses and you don't take it home, he shoots ya. Not enough for signifacant gains. just enough to get the old libido going. Clomid has a strong influence on the hypothalamohypophysial testicular axis. It stimulates the hypophysis to release more gonadotropin so that a faster and higher release of FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) and LH (luteinizing hormone) occurs. This results in an elevated endogenous testosterone level. Clomid is especially effective when the body's own testosterone production, due to age is suppressed. In most cases Clomid can normalize the testosterone level and the spermatogenesis within 10- 14 days. C&P is great So yes it would help him.
