You cant bulk and cut at the same time you can gain lean mass though. Bulking means gaining weight and in order to cut you have to lose weight.
Bulking or cutting is dependant on diet anyway not AAS choice.
When you bulk you'll lose some bf toward the end of the cycle but you'll need to do a cutting cycle to get cut.
