l dex works good BUT .... you want estrogen for your gains and a little water is a good thing if you dont want water try prop,,, if nothing else .5 mg eod L-dex
nova 10mgs ed will work as well and it is better for your lipids
L-dex @ .25 mgs ED for estrogen related water retention.Quote:

Easily said for some. Personally I don't get a lot of bloat, but I do get some and I don't like the "fat" face look. My buddy on the other hand tried to do without and he looked totally ridiculous.Quote:
