When I inject in my quads, i inject about 1' straight above my knee. Will this effect the results?
I have tried to inject on the outer side as shown at spotinjections, but the center of my leg is more comfortable for me.

As long as it goes into your muscle you will be fine. If you get it to close to a nerve you will feel it before you inject it.
It's always good to have a few spots to shoot. I shoot bottom, middle and top of my outer quad.
I can do 3 diff spots on my lateral thigh. all along its length, as long as Im sticking to 1cc each. thats 6 shots for both legs. I haven't had to try top yet :P
1" above knee is too close to the connective tissue for my taste.
Rectus femoris = Middle upper quad.

Vastus lateralis = outer quad

I got in on the outer part of my quad, about 9" down from my hip. I have never had a problem and have gone as high as 3CC's in that spot without any leakage when I inject.
same here.. never had a problem either....Quote:

I'd just be wary of hitting something injecting so close to the knee. I always shoot where there's more muscle - makes me feel a lot safer & generally, for me, less painful too

Not 1" 1 foot
[QUOTE=Pimp_C]Oh, gotcha, (reaches for glasses) you should be just fine. I hit both the outer quad and the middle upper quad in my rotation. Both work quite well.Quote:
