    Creatine While On Cycle?

A fellow member said that using creatine is worthless while on-cycle. He said that the AAS increase creatine stores and to save my money. Is this true or could I continue taking creatine during my next cycle? Thanks!

Creatine is creatine man. I take it on/off cycle doesn't really matter for me. It's just routine for me to throw it in my protein shake after I workout with some dextrose. Once in a while i'll take a couple weeks off it then hop back on, but all year round I take it.

I use after and between cycles, sometimes during, but I'm not as strict, if I forget, oh well. But after and between always. It can get expensive, so can AS, so if ya wanna do all you can to keep what you worked for on cycle, creatine won't hurt.

my w/o partner was using creatine at the beginning of his cycle, first 4 wks, he was using dbol as a kickstart to test and deca (run for 10wks total)

he made non-comparable strength gains, i over powerd him big time.. and he was using creatine..

maybe it was just freak, bu its not the first timei heard, less strength gains while on creatine during cycle.
    save creatine for off cycle.

I participate in martial arts and strength train as well. I mainly take the creatine because I thought it would be useful for short burst energy in sparring. Do you think it's a waste of money or am I making sure my creatine levels are topped?

I seriously doubt it would make a dramatic difference if u used it during your cycle , but I'd say creatine is best used during pct.

Use it. It won't hurt. I use around 5 g's a day. I've been using it so long that I forgot what it feels like to be on creatine for the first time

Using Creatine is an essential part of PCT IMHO. Use it correctly and it will make it easier to attain any strength/weight gains whilst made "on". An increase in calories whilst on Creatine is also essential.
