you post around ask questions, etc..get people to know who you are.....i think your pretty close...but once you can pm doesn't mean mods will get back to you...but they are pretty nice soo...
you have to have 50 posts to pm
Try www.getswole.com there is a scammer list there and loads of other info
Be careful of getting pm's that want to give you a source, it'll more then likely be a scam
