how bad is muscle catabolism from t3 when stacked with dnp?

Depends on your doses but I wouldn't run 'em both at the same time. IMO thats too much stress on your body and your protein intake would have to be sky high to maintain your muscle.

The theory is that t3 supplementation would only replace what is absent while using DNP. So, I would assume that it would not be nearly as catabolic as when used independently.

im going to run 200mg of dnp for 21 days

mabe .50mcg of t3 daily?

from the boards i notice alot of people run as low as 25mcg ed i would think 50 should be okay to.
you should check the dnp profile on this board

hey just checked the profile it says
"you want to take some T3 with your DNP, because of DNP’s aforementioned ability to lower conversion of T4 into T3….50-100mcgs/day should suffice"

i am about to run some as well and i will be going with 50mcg ed.
