Enough anti-estrogen???

I am currently in a cycle of sustanon 250 and dbol

week1-12 sust 640 mg/week .75ml eod
week1-5 20mg dbol ed


anti e's
.25 liquidex ed
10 mg nolva ed

Is this enough anti-estrogen or do i need to up it?

That is more or less what I use for PCT. You should be fine, you can readjust your dosages if you feel like you have more of a negative reaction to everything when you are done your cycle.

Looks fine but I only use the l-dex for bloat and PCT

You could just run either nolva OR l-dex during the cycle and them both of them in PCT.

Yeah, i was going to run the ld and the nolva during pct but then i read that the ld increases depression during pct so.........
