loose skin

Ive dropped about 15lbs of body fat over the last 6 months and now i seem to appear to have some loose skin around my abs, how can i get rid of this or tighten this up??

I rubbed hemroidale cream on my abs ed for 2wks, I thought it was helping a little bit but this chick I mess around with said she saw a big difference. I rubbed it on every morning right after a shower.

ive got plenty of courage, ive use to use pile cream when i was power lifting, wooow them hemoroids hurt them days

no i changed my diet and went into bodybuilding, now no grapes at all
