Need more help on 1st cycle...

Hello all
I'm new to the forums and I'm looking for any help and advice you can give me on my 1st cycle. I'll be honest, I got this sample cycle from ANABOLICS 2005. It's a 10 week cycle consisting of 300 mg of Deca per week and 20 mg of Dianabol per day from weeks 4 thru 10. I purchased Deca 300 by Animal Power and the Dianabol tablets from Quality Vet. As you all can see, the book recommends starting Dianabol later in the cycle at week 4. I have read many other posts here that say it is better to kick off the cycle with Dianabol. Does the timing really matter?
I'm currently 5'9" weighing about 185 age 34. I been training for many years but just can't seem to get the desired muscle quality and mass I would like.
What can I really expect from the above cycle?

Yeah, that cycle would get you some gains alright, but it can also cause some unforseen problems that may be hard to deal with. Deca can be a bit tricky to recover from, so it is suggested that most guys save it for their second cycle in order to get the hang of cycle recovery.

I'm going to suggest that you get some testosterone enenthate or cypionate and run that alone or with a small dose of dbol.

It will only set you back another 120 bucks or so , and you'll still have the deca for a second cycle.

I would suggest doing it like this:

Test 400-500 mgs per week, weeks 1-10
dbol 25-30 mgs everyday, days 1-28

You'll need to have some nolvadex ready to go just incase you have any gyno symptoms occur.

Post cycle recovery consisting of:

Clomid 100mgs evreyday, weeks 12-17
Nolvadex 20mgs everyday, weeks 12-17

for your furst cycle you should do Test E 500mgs/week throw your dbol in there too. Youll gain like 20lbs

Expect Deca dick.Deca as a solo injectable is a :no: . Add test to it. D-bol should run at the beginning and 20 mg might not do it, try 40 mg ED. I take it this your first cycle. Everyone's different, what works for me might not for you. But definately add Test to it. You'll see good results with something like this..

weeks 1-10/ 400 mg Deca a week
weeks 1-12/ 500 mg Test a week/Cyp or enan
weeks 1-5/ 50 mg D-bol ED
weeks 6-10/ 50 mg winny ED
.25 Arimidex ED/25 mg prov ED
nolva on hand if gyno accurs
clomid weeks13-15 @ 100 mg ED weeks 13 and 14 and 50 mg ED week 15

this was one of my first cycles like 10 years ago, put 28 pounds on it, kept 18 of it.

exactly what i would have said. deca with no test = NO GOOD!!! and limp dick...
with the exception of PCT.
for PCT i would run:
weeks 13-16 100mg clomid ED and 20mg nolvadex ED
(week 13 starts 2 weeks after last shot of enanthate)

U might wanna invest in some viagra with that cycle

hey bro i did that exact same cycle for my 1st i got it from anb 2004 it is a good cycle with good gains i am now on my 3rd cyc pct and with what i have learnad in the past 18 mnth and benefit of hindsight go with cyc inheritmylife recs at400mg and maybe stretch the d/bol an extra wk good luck
