winny alone?

about 6 months back i did a pretty big test e cycle and did some winny toward the end of the cylce.....i really liked how the winny finished me off took alot of the water off me gave me a harder and more cut look....how do you guys feel about doing winny alone with nothing else???

I don't think it's a very good idea and would not recommend it, however I still have many friends who do them and achieve really good results. When I say friends, I mean guys who are already around 10% bodyfat and already have their training/diet in check with proper PCT.

winny will shut you down without the addition of test mate.

imo it depends on what u've taken before and for how long. i ran a winny only cycle (short cycle) and i had great results. i've not done a proper course ranging from 8 to 12 wks, so running winny only was good for me.

To me this is like running var alone. Add test otherwise it is a waste of your time and money.
