How Much cardio in Workout ?
I am yet to start using anything anabolic , however i am currently bulking, however within the last month or so i have gained quite a large amount of fat around my lower chest and it is beginning to bother me. I have minumal cardio in my wokout, and i was considering doing 20 min of cardio prior to each workout in an effort to reduce this problem and still coninue to bulk as much as possible. I have also been on an ECA stack for the last month. heres what i looked like 2 months ago

If you are looking at losing some bf%, I would recommend doing cardio first thing in the morning on am empty stomach for best results. Doing cardio befor your workout is fine, but I find it takes away from your workout.
You may also want to have a look at your diet...maybe you can change something there or fine tune it. Have a look at the diet stickies in the diet forum for a guidline on that
