    protien intake

it is hard to get the 2xbodyweight protien while bulkng. i just bought mega isolate from gnc ...50g per serving. add in 10g from milk and thats 60g...however is it true a body can only process 30g at once or is that a myth?

First off, when bulking your carbs should be higher. So with that said, you don't have to eat 2g per lb of bodyweight.Carbs are protein sparing,so you really only need 1-1.5 per lb.
You should be running a 60/40/10 ratio.Or at least something along those lines.

I do not know who I am quoting, but I read in this forum that your body will use the protein it needs and you crap out the rest. That is why 1.5 to 2.0 grams per pound are suggested. It is always better to have excess protein than not enough.

I believe you should have 40g every 2-3 hours, more after training tho and within an hour or so of training.

i would go for at least 40-50 grams of protien at each meal time, but after training consume at least double this, thats the window of opertunity

EXACTLY!!More isn't better. If you consume 50g of carbs in a meal.30g of protein is more than enough. You'd be surprised at how little protein the human body actually need to grow.

wrong! it all depends on your body weight and the amount of muscle your carrying,,,protein is the key to growth
