    abdominal injections

    would it be ok to inject cardispan in my pecs and lower abdomin?

    what type of needle should i use with it?

    Take some Acetyl-l-carnitine, cardispan does not work locally to reduce fat since adipose tissue does not have mitochondria. Oral is fine as a supplement.
