To All Experienced Woman Bodybuilders??

my fiance has been bodybuilding with me since i met her two years ago. she has made substantial gains with the workouts and diet that i have gotten her on since meeting her. for the last six months however, she has hit a major plateau as far as gaining any mass. she is naturally lean but has great genetics for putting on lean mass with proper shape. ( i wish i had her great genetics!) anyhow...she wants to start her first cycle of something. i have alot of experience with this stuff, but not with woman. i know what NOT to give her, but i dont know what will work for her to put on size and get through this plateau. she is 5'4 and 125lbs solid. p.s. we also both know the cons of her doing any of this, but she wants to start a cycle. if anyone has EXPERIENCE with woman and gear, please inform me of those experiences. thanks alot.

I can give you experience from my girlfriend and other women I know that run anabolics.
I'll keep it short and suggest her doing a simple Var cycle for 8-10 wks starting at a dose of 5 mgs,after 2 wks of no sides,increase to 10 mgs.That's what all the women I know started out doing.from there they went on to Winny,EQ and a few ran Deca as well.

i was thinking about deca too, since it is relatively mild. that with var or eq. but i wasnt sure if it has worked for woman in the same capacity as me.

i know a couple of females bodybuilders and they use winny,primo, women who do use aas are at a much greater risk from side effects, the female body contains a small amount of testosterone which is directly balanced against the amount of female sex hormone, oestrogen. this balance determines the shape and characteristics of a women such as breasts and body hair, when females take aas this balance is disturbed and masculinising effects can occur, keep the doses very low to minmize affects, something like winny, var primo

Start with Var.Then she/you can research more.Var is relatively mild @ 5mgs,even 10 mgs.She'll put on some size,and get strong as hell.Horny too.

Very very true in all respects :wg: I put on 10 lbs with my first Var cycle and lost inches. If her genetics are like mine, she can put on size touching weights and has to diet to keep herself from getting too big :rolleyes:

I like Var but it definitely puts muscle on me if I keep lifting heavy.. depends on what her goals are...

I'm afraid of Winny as I know a few women with sides off of it.. With Var and Primo, I see no need for Winny, just my .02.
