if you're worried about gaining fat do this:

    for a meal

    eat protein & carbs togther

    or

    eat protein & fat together

NEVER EAT CARBS AND FAT IN THE SAME MEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When your body doesn't have sufficient carbs to burn for energy, it produces ketones instead which also carry energy, but do so inneffieciently to say the least. Also ketones have a hard time suppling energy to your brain, whereas carbs do it easily. That's why when youre in ketosis you can feel sluggish and stupid...i made the same mistake once. Not to mention it will give your muscles a flat look.

The best carbs to add in if you are worried about fat gain are whole grains like wheat bread, etc. Plus they have complete proteins in them

Go for sweet potatos and brown rice.
    And of course oats.
