Diet/Training after Cutting Cycle
i will be finishing a 12 week cutting cycle of Tren /prop and var in a couple of weeks and would like to know if there should be any changes made to my diet or training as i head into PCT?
i have currently been doing cardio 5 x a week 1 hour and weights 4 times a week on a low cal low carb high protein diet
i'm curious wether i should continue the cardio in PCT?
i was thinking of perhaps reducing the cardio and maybe upping the calories a little to try and hold on the muscle - would this be a good idea?
i will be using nolva/clomid and clen in PCT
and HCG the last 2 weeks of my cycle

ok perhaps i should try this
it wouldnt be an all out bulk, but i will up the calories, reduce the cardio to once or twice a week 45mins
and stick to basic heavy exercises, no super or drop sets
i would be concerned about putting on fat in this phase however
but i suppose this cannot be helped...
