need hooker,letro advise not sure of dose

confused just read a thread from yesterday about letro doses it didnt really make things clear .Hooker said letro 125mg eod was no good and tamoxifen effects letro? I suffer from gyno and have been using letro at 125mg ed for the hole of my course and even 3 weeks before with 20 mg of nolva ed,i feel it has hindered gains so switched to 125mg eod and nolva 20mg ed,is this not right confused big time please help.

this is very important to me any advice would help,just read another thread where lion says not to tapper letro just to stop it and use nolva,now im more confussed.

You mean 1.25mg dont you? Not 125mg. That is a fairly low dose of test. I believe it is better to run ED. You could try .5mg ED. I am gyno prone but i am running 500mg of Test E/400mg EQ, so decided to go with 1.25mg ED.

think im gonna go with .75ed 1.25 seems to kill my sex drive and gains will 20mg ed of nolva be ok ?

i'm planning to run 0.3mg EOD on my cycle, even .75 sounds a bit high to me, i'd either drop it down a bit more or take that EOD, unless you have specific reason to be on such a high dose

in all honesty, i think it's al ittle oevrk ill. letro is a powerful substance. .5-.75 ED should be more then sufficient. Especially at that low of a dose. if you start to notice signs then i would bumop it up but with letro and nolva you should be fine.

from what i read, over 1.25mg ed is too much. Letro is supposed kill up to 98% of aromatization. Could also damage your lipids. .5mg ed should be good. Your not running too high a dose on the test, so you should be fine taking that into consideration.

That much nolva will hinder your gains! Can you get by with 10mg ed of nolva with your .75 of letro?

take 1mg letro ED and there is no need for nolvadex . Take the nolvadex as soon as you finish your letro/cycle.

this is always on debate. nolva will help with lipid profiles since some estrogen is needed to maintain a healthy profile. since letro is such a powerful AI i would use nolva in order to keep everything more in check. i would use probably 10 mg ed though i agree with whoever said 20 is too much (unless i was running just nolva then i would use 20)
