yeah it was alot easier then glutes being that i have no flexibility what so ever

on my first cycle i did about half my shots in my quads. i generally preferred it over delts, which i also did half there. Quad shots seemed to give me less pain the next day versus shoulder shots. Sometimes if i did it in a shoulder i would have to postpone a shoulder workout for a day, so i changed that a little
i don't think you want to shoot in the top of your quad, or your inner area. the best place to do it is on the outside.
ive dont almost every site except calves and dont plan on ever hitting them

Quads are one of the easiest spots, along with the delts. Just make sure you use a long enough needle! Pref 1.5"
I have done glutes, ass, butt, and my rear end...I like glutes the best.
Oh, I did quads once with prop...couldn't bend my leg for a few days but that's probably because my buddy ran out of bb and used mostly ba
3/4" to 1" going all the way in is all I think you need if you're oding just 1ML in the quad, unless you're over20% BF.
hell I've even managed .5ML with a 30G x 1/2" in the quad, but I pushed it all the way in and dimpled my skin to make it 3/4" penetration. Its obviously near the surface of the muscle but its .5ml and I'm 10-12% bf
I just did my first injection (ever) in my glute, no pain yet. I am a little weary about the quad shot.

i like quads because of they r easy to get to... but i seem to hit in the area of a nerve in my quads often. i shoot anyway, just put up with the slight pain... delts r my favorite. have never had any pain in them while injecting... the only time they were ever sore was after they broke their cherry...
I did my first stick in my quads. I've been there ever since.
I luv stikin quads for all the same reasons as u guys, easy to reach, see, aspirate,,but u need to really find the sweet spot and no pain at all,, sometimes i can feel im either hittin or close to a nerve,,,so i go in kinda slow and work it in,,,,,,,
Glutes would be nice unless so f-----g hard to reach.. Quads I like except for the possible pain with some compounds. Delts - my favourite - easy , realitively painless..
