A basic cycle for body recomp thoughts?
This is a very well known and basic cycle with a little twist. It would normally be used as a bulking cycle, however I am not trying to gain anymore than 5-10 lbs while cutting my bodyfat down to single digits (currently at about 12%). I have previous experience with test-enth/deca and fina/low dose test... This is a moderate-to-low dose cycle with some cutting agents thrown in...tell me what you think:
current stats: 24 y/o 6' 202 about 11-12% bf lbs currently training with a TUT approach with less weight due to the fact that after a PL-style approach my joints are really hurting (shoulders). I've been up around 220 lbs @ 16% bf two times and the way I look just is not attractive to the women I know and the women I pick-up/date.... (facial bloating....more of a square midsection)
Week 1-10
500 MG test cyp 2x week
300 MG EQ 1x week
Week 4-6
Clenbuterol 60mcg and up to 120mcg
Week 6-8
E/C/A stack @ normal doseage
Week 9-10
Clenbuterol same protocal as before
Week 13
PCT:Clomid/Nolva/cre-ethyl thunder/Vitrix (normal protocal 4 week pct)
*Will be running liquidex throughout to eliminate bloat and nipple puffiness*
Diet will be around maintenance calories and clean with high protien (as best as I can)
Cardio will be boxing/basketball and other light cardio 3x/week
Some other things to consider....
running t3? (I view it as a little too dangerous and risky)
running tri-max?(less risky, but still runs risk of long term metabolism probs)
I do go out and drink maybe one night a week (now that fall is here and summer is over)
running HCG so the person I am currently dating doesn't notice my shrinking balls?
I take straterra for ADHD and it metabolizes with liver enzyme 2D6....like Nolvadex does....would this put too much stress on my liver?
