    A basic cycle for body recomp thoughts?

    This is a very well known and basic cycle with a little twist. It would normally be used as a bulking cycle, however I am not trying to gain anymore than 5-10 lbs while cutting my bodyfat down to single digits (currently at about 12%). I have previous experience with test-enth/deca and fina/low dose test... This is a moderate-to-low dose cycle with some cutting agents thrown in...tell me what you think:

    current stats: 24 y/o 6' 202 about 11-12% bf lbs currently training with a TUT approach with less weight due to the fact that after a PL-style approach my joints are really hurting (shoulders). I've been up around 220 lbs @ 16% bf two times and the way I look just is not attractive to the women I know and the women I pick-up/date.... (facial bloating....more of a square midsection)
    Week 1-10
    500 MG test cyp 2x week
    300 MG EQ 1x week
    Week 4-6
    Clenbuterol 60mcg and up to 120mcg
    Week 6-8
    E/C/A stack @ normal doseage
    Week 9-10
    Clenbuterol same protocal as before
    Week 13
    PCT:Clomid/Nolva/cre-ethyl thunder/Vitrix (normal protocal 4 week pct)
    *Will be running liquidex throughout to eliminate bloat and nipple puffiness*

    Diet will be around maintenance calories and clean with high protien (as best as I can)
    Cardio will be boxing/basketball and other light cardio 3x/week
    Some other things to consider....

    running t3? (I view it as a little too dangerous and risky)
    running tri-max?(less risky, but still runs risk of long term metabolism probs)
    I do go out and drink maybe one night a week (now that fall is here and summer is over)
    running HCG so the person I am currently dating doesn't notice my shrinking balls?
    I take straterra for ADHD and it metabolizes with liver enzyme 2D6....like Nolvadex does....would this put too much stress on my liver?

    i've always subscribed to the idea that any given cycle can be used for cutting or bulking...the difference will always be in the diet, and training. go over to the diet forum and post up your regimen in detail, and let some bros have a crack at it...

    run the test a couple weeks longer than Eq, rest looks good

    t3--yes, 25mcg/day, no taper, to help with natural t3 suppression from aas
    trimax--don't know what this is
    drinking--run some milk thistle, 1200mg/day is fine, i do it year round
    hcg--shouldn't be necessary, but some may disagree
    straterra--again, MILK THISTLE...i take methotrexate for RA, very hepatotoxic, but my bloodwork (done monthly) always comes out fine

    most will say that you don't get the "full effects" of EQ until you hit 12 weeks or longer...

    Raise your EQ, and shoot at least twice a week. And IMO its a waste for 10 weeks...
    Dont drink
    Start HCG at week 4.... 500 or 250 IUS E4D...

    And most of all.... pick one.... either a cutter or bulker...

    it's a cutter..... and maybe I will push the cycle a little further.... Depends on how I'm feeling....
