I usually take 1000mgs each time I swallow tbols. So I take 2-3000mgs ed while on orals.

That'll cut back when the orals stop.

None and stay off the orals. There is evidence that milk thistle causes a substantial increase in SHBG's which basically counteract all androgenic steroids. Doctors recommend patients on TRT/HRT not take milk thistle because of this known interaction.

That's about the right dose.Some go to 1300mgs.

Good!!..I never use milk thistle anyway.The liver is far more forgiving than most believe.

So I'm taking too much then? Arghhhhh....I got good results on tbol only though....I should only take 1000mgs ed then....

Just use care... I know a dude that at 23 years old came down with jandus and psorosis of the liver from doing what he claimed to be doing 7 months of dbols in a row non-stop. The dude never takes tylenol, drinks alcohol or does cocaine which are other things that can cause this. The dbols were way harder on his liver then alcohol or cocaine could ever be in such a short period of time. For the rest of us, 4 weeks in a row is safe with a 2 month OFF time in between for the orals and provided you dont do the aspirin substitutes, alcohol or cocaine while doing the oral steroids at the same time.
